I like both of those apps, but find myself using Tunein a little more often. 
One thing I can say about ooTunes though is that the developer is very 
responsive to user feedback. I've never dealt with that person directly, but I 
see him answering questions from people on twitter quite often. 
There's also wunderradio, which I've heard good things about from other users.
