Hi, Folks. While it was very sad to hear of Steve Jobs' passing, two
things came to mind:
First, from a historical standpoint, what were the factors that
prompted Apple to promote accessibility? That wasn't always the
case. Does anyone on the list know? It was this accessibility out
of the box that got me to consider buying my MacBook Pro and iPhone.
Second, no one in the general media said anything about Apple's
products being accessible out of the box. Compare that to PC's or
other smartphones.
Anyway, just my thoughts.
