Hi Chris.

there is also support for Mono Audio on the iPhone. I personally find the 
iPhone 4 and more than likely the iPhone 4S's speaker a bit louder than the 
iPhone 3GS's speaker.
The 3GS's speaker distorts when it is at full volume.
Apart from what you said about the braille displays, etc, I can't think of 
anything else.
