Hi Jane,

I've used the option to deauthorize all computers twice before and had no 
problems re-authorizing after that. As I recall, it all happened very quickly 
and smoothly. Note that I have two Apple IDs: One that I use for my mobileme / 
icloud login, and one that I use for making purchases in itunes, on the apple 
store, etc.
