go to itunes and synch your phone.. then go to !username/library/logs/crash 
reporter/mobile device/devicename and your logs are going ot be right htere. 
Zip th eones you want up and send them to accessibil...@apple.com along with a 
detailed bug report. If they need tyou to do anythign else they will instruct 
you firther
