Hello Ian I'm not a Skype user; just an observer. But if you are running Lion I strongly suggest you upgrade.
It is my understanding that there are improvements to the core application that makes it perform better under Lion. as for the shortcut key to answer calls, I could be wrong; but I thought there was one in version 5. Perhaps somebody could correct or refresh me on that point. If not, couldn't such a shortcut be scripted somehow? I'm not a script writer that's just a suggestion.
