Hi Dane, moderators and Listers,
Can I say I find Dane tone rude, pedantic and quite ignorant.

Niamh question was one of desperation.
I know from former questions this is someone who is both newly blinded and a new user of
apple products.
Apple's attitude is one of inclusiveness You were rude in that you did not
even have the common courtesy to answer the request for help, instead you
address your reply to the list, do you not see how rude and excluding that is Dame?
Secondly your pedantry led you to address the subject line and not the
question.
Maybe you didn't know the answer, my charge of ignorance isn't based on this,
but on the fact you couldn't be bothered to get Niamh's sex right.
Niamh is a female name, you referred to her problem in the masculine.
Or am I being too "picky" now?
Big, big smile
rex, male in case you are confused Dane.

Hi!

Excuse me for sounding picky here but can we actually give the right name
for a device in a message please so that we don't get confused.

An iTouch is a mouse so I assuming the original sender of the message is
having trouble with his iPod Touch <smile>.

I have the very latest I-touch, and it keeps sliding into voice

Can I kill it permanently?
Niamh going mad with it.
