Well, if I read the instructions correctly you hit vo-keys plus t and then 
vo-keys plus semi-colon or apostrophe.  It's the semi-colon or apostrophe that 
don't seem to work for getting from the begging of the row to the end.  I 
haven't even tried the left-brace and right-brace and other possible commands 
yet.
