Hi all,

sorry to post this rather slightly off topic post. I've just taken on a
powerbook g3 pismo in a very nice condition for the project, however the
removeable DVD rom drive is dead (previous owner had damaged the main panel
leaving it missing the cover, etc)

does anyone have an old powerbook G3 lombard / wallstreet / pismo laying around
no longer used or for parts they would be able to spare or the drive needed
please.

sorry it's off topic but as we're all mac folkies here and causing trouble, I
thought it'd be a good place to ask.

by the way, have had some headway on outspoken. a very kind gent has sent me an
outspoken 9 disk, am still however looking for an outspoken 9.2 updater if
anyone knows anything.

cheers gang

lew
