In System preferences,, choosee Network. Then, navigate to the services table and make sure, wifi, is selected. Navigate to the, advanced, button and VO-space on it. Find the table of preferred networks and interact with it. Select the one you want to remove and immediately stop interacting. Use VO keys and right arrow to navigate to the, wifi preferred networks control group and interact with that. Navigate to the remove button, and VO-space on it.
This should remove the network from your preferred networks table.
