Hi! It still looks like the latest version is still 3.2, according to the site, and that is the version I have.
It is perfectly accessible, and everything reads here. I've been using it ever since it was free, and then turned into something you had to pay for, though an individual license costs 19 dollars. I'd be very interested in knowing how you guys are using Voiceover if you can't make it read.
