I only have this problem when I navigate to the "Itunes Store" part of the 
source list, I get "iTunes Busy" for perhaps 5 seconds - I assume that in the 
"Busy" period" the Mac is negotiating a data connection with the store, 
downloading information etc and then I get "iTunes Ready" after the 5 seconds 
or so of "Busy" has past, not a huge problem here.
