The point of my statement re the dock wasn't that you couldn't use it with an IPad if you want, must by purchasing an extender cable or buying an airplay speaker etc. The point was economy, and the fact that the IPod plus dock is cheaper than the IPad. Mary Mary Otten motte...@gmail.com
