Hi Josh. I am happy to say that there is a way to enable VoiceOver to speak Progress Bars when they change. Press Control Option F8 to open VoiceOver Utility. Then go to Speech, then tab to Progress Indicators, Play Tone. Press Space on that, and arrow down to Speak. that should answer your query. Regards. Lewis.
