Hello, This is possible, but it depends on how your mouse follows voice over and also how the exact javascript to expose the hidden links works. In any case, this process will be easier using the IOS inscructions.
If for some reason this is not possible, and you have mouse follows VO then: Go to the hover area, and then turn off cursor tracking. If the javascript was written to conform to Section 508 of the ADA then the hover link must be accessible with keyboard actions. In any case, once you turn off tracking, and do a list of links you should find the hide link. I can't try this week, since I am only around iPhones.
