Will -- Which exact model do you have and what results did you get when you searched the web? I used google to search for the words "apple.com humanware brailliant" and one of the first hits was Apple's own document titled "Humanware Brailliant: Device keys for VoiceOver navigation" which includes a table that seems to cover a lot of IOS commands for this device.
