Actually that didn't work. I had to turn off vo and then click it with the mouse. But you are supposed to be able to change settings like bandwidth speed and priority according to the wonderfully written faq i read all of and practically memorized. Except the settings part is no ware in the app. And now when i woke up this morning i got "Cache: Queued" in the status window. It's been like that for who knows how long. I hope it's not going to stay that way all day.
There is one major bug when you want to set up a folder to back up what ever you want to back up. I have mine on an external 2 tb drive which is more then enough space. When you want to select a folder, for some reason vo down arrow selects multiple rows. I had to hit down arrow which did not speak then hit vo f6 to see what folder i was on. We'll see if the folder back up works. As of now and starting about an hour ago it says waiting for back up. All of this worked until i went to bed last night so i really can't say what happened. Thank goodness i'm on the unlimited trial for now anyways. I was thinking of getting this service but as of now since i had all of these problems when i got up, i'm not so sure. All in all the software looks pretty good. It's the server end i'm worried about. Looking at the logs i see no reason why i should have seen that since who knows when lol! hopefully the software will be improved over time. It's already there, but it needs just a tad more work. Take care all and be blessed. On Jul 24, 2012, at 10:20 AM, Gordon Smith wrote: > Click the crashPlan central link with the mouse or VO+Shift+Space.
