lol. you will get many answers from this and opinions. Mine is it's probably best to do a clean install. In the archives you will find a discussion I think dated 2 days ago when ml came out regarding this.
The upgrade is quicker but I had problems last year and ever since I did the clean install I was quite happy. Take care.
