Hi Chris,
Regrettably, the Wi-Fi icon to reinstall lion isn't accessible. It is 
accessible under MOuntain Lion line, but that does not help in the current 
situation unfortunately. My only suggestion is to get cited help of some kind, 
or obtain a wired ethernet connection.
