William, This is not a particularly wonderful website, in my experience. Just a suggestion, it might be worth giving it a try at different times to see if it possibly could work better if less busy. I know one is not likely to know for sure when exactly that might be but only a thought. It does work of a kind under that other operating system, I've just tried it but it is not exactly wonderfully user-friendly.
