Actually you do it from your computer. 1. launch iTunes.
2. go to the store part and go to your account. 3. go to purchased history and find he invoice you want. 4. click on the report a problem net to the app you want refunded. 5. fill out the correct form after you choose the right option. I always choose other. I have never been able to do this on the iPhone or iPad. Tc all.
