Hi there Thanks for looking into this for me. Do you know if there is another PDF reader that will allow me to read line by line? Also, does anybody know if there is an app that will read mobi files. I've tried converting the mobi files to epub, but it inserts a lot of weird characters and makes it difficult to read.

There appears to be no way to navigate by line in iBooks accept to move one finger up and down the screen and letting voice over read what is under your finger. This is a poor work around as it takes some precise moving.
