Hello David Under Lion you would have problems. Under Mountain Lion, it is totally accessible.
I hope that helps. Lynne On 9 Oct 2012, at 13:25, David Griffith <d.griff...@btinternet.com> wrote: What parts of the menu bar are inaccessible under Lion ? I can see the Virtual CD Rw icon in the Extras menu and I was able to interact with the icon. I was able to create new media, and I can also see the options to use existing media and quit the app. I'm not sure if this is all I can do but that's about the size of it from when I briefly used it today. Oh and I was able to successfully create an audio CD in iTunes. Now I should warn you that since it appears in the menu bar it might not be accessible under Lion or earlier. Well here is some great news which might interest you - you can! A small utility called "Virtual CD-RW" which sits on your menu bar and runs when you need it. So, if you are writing things to CD and need to test them out regularly, you no longer need to go through the hassle of wasting disks, or even erasing them; you can do it all on a virtual CD-RW. > > This little utility has already made it possible for Gordon to create > audio CD's, then if need be, modify them later.
