Very true. Is firefox still like it once was where it does tend to give a
lot of busy busies, or just be a bit unresponsive, or has it become almost
as responsive as Safari in the respect of speed. I do a lot of web
browsing, so I'd need something that wouldn't make voiceover sluggish.
Thank you kindly,

It's worth a try. after all it's free. Since firefox is slowly becoming
very much usable with voice over I don't see why thunder bird would not
over time become and an alternative in case someone wanted to use it.
Take care.

No. No one has posted anything that I see on Applevis.
Thunderbird I don't think would be very accessible knowing what I know
about Firefox which also is made by Mozilla.
It might work, but it's unlikely.

I know there's thunder bird. Now the question is weather fit is
accessible. Go to http://applevis.com maybe to see if anyone there has
posted any recommendations to any alternative email clients. Good luck.

Let's get the very obvious out of the way first. The native Mail app
on OSX works flawlesly, and I don't have a single problem with it. I
just like exploring new apps, just kind of for the fun of doing it.
With that said, are there any other freeware E-mail clients available
for the Mac that do pop3 and IMap, or at the least, do pop3, that are
Voiceover friendly? Again, nothing's wrong with the native client what
so ever. I just am feeling a bit adventurous.
