Hi Glenn,

I am a total, and have had little luck with bar codes on my 4S. A sited friend didn't know whether the bottle had a bar or qr code, but we tried both and she still was unable to line it up for me. My refill apparently went flawlessly after I entered the RX number manually (we'll see if its actually ready in the AM).

Best regards.
Geoff

Hi Jeff,
I just updated my apps, and now the buttons seem to work.
I do a scan, but it does not find the Walgreen's barcode, or QR code, nor
does the 2x button find anything off the prescription container.

What happens when you attempt to refill By scan? If provided with the
scenario, I will try to reproduce at my end.

Hi, I would just like to scan prescriptions, and maybe re-order them.
Neither of those work, as well as the others.

Hi Glenn,

Initially it didn't work on my 64GB 4S either -- from a VO perspective, it
appeared to hang on a blank screen. After clearing all items from the
task
switcher, and restarting my phone, I can now use the two features of
interest to me which are the weekly add and shopping list.

Subject: Walgreen's App problem

Hi All,
I have an iPhone 5, and I have the Walgreen's pharmacy app installed.
I originally installed it on my iPhone 4, and it worked on that phone.
I ported all my apps via iTunes onto my new phone, so it was not
installed
directly to the iPhone 5.
I only mention this because I don't believe this to be the problem.
I am wondering if anyone else has the Walgreen's pharmacy app and have
gotten it to work lately?
I suspect that Walgreen's updated it since I originally got it and caused
it
to not work with VoiceOver.
All of the buttons are labeled as before, but double-tapping on them does
not work.
Thanks for any feedback.
Glenn
