Unfortunately the kindle app is not accessible on the mac, or any other
platform besides the limited accessibility provided by the plug in for
the kindle program in windows. It's obvious Amazon has no interest in
making their books accessible.

I have been on the applevis site and seen that the kindle is not accessible.
I was just hoping that things had changed since that was written.
I downloaded one from amazon and voice over doesn't read anything at all.
