I am probably treading on an old subject, but being a novice, not technically minded and not young I need some help. What is the best and easiest way to listen to Iplayer on my Mac. So far I have Googled a programe and somehow got it to play, but could not stop, pause or rewind etc. Is there anything to download that a totally blind idiot could manage and what are the navigation keys.
