I think you can mammal them for support. there is an 800 number also on the package if you have the original package if you bought the actual cd/dvd. Unfortunately you'll be speaking to someone in India or someplace like that. Support for VM isn't great, imho whenever I've had issues, which haven't been many, gladly. Good luck! Caitlyn
