Hi Catherine,

This is actually a bug in Skype.  VO doesn't read the contents of that combo 
box.  I only discovered this myself about 10 days ago when, for the first time 
in many years, I had to log out of Skype and sign in with a different account.  
Your doing nothing at all wrong.

My advice is type in the username carefully, then simply use VO-right (I can't 
remember where Tab takes you) till you come to the password field.  Hope this
