Hi Matthew, FYI, the entire message you wanted to send was put into the subject line, and thus a bit confusing. Make sure you're actually typing that into the body in future. That being said, without more information it's hard to help you. Is the drive turned on, or does it not need to be? Is it plugged into power, or does it get that from the computer?
