I would start by reading the very good interactive tutorial that comess with it. . You simply just launch chrome and it should come up with a dialogue to update chrome vox.
There is a dedicated list serve for google chrome and google access in general. I'm on it, and there are a ton of people who are happy to help. Tae care.
