One friend complained about a high pitched hiss in the background. This was before the recent firmware update, which may have made a difference? I just tested it here using my magicjack and it sounded much better than a typical speaker phone to me. Of course the test was a bit flawed by the feedback echo, but it may depend on how picky the other party is. Take care.
