I should have figured that out for myself, Josh.  Sorry I was so dense on this 
one.  BTW, are you aware that you can do a full reset to factory defaults with 
the Apex?  I won't waffle on about it here but I tried it and it worked fine.  
Still having problems with getting the Apex online but that is for a different 
group.
