Hello George Yes, these things do happen but they shouldn't happen! I pride myself on our record of up-time over the last 4 years or so. In fact, since 12 April 2010, we have only been off line for a total of just over 4 hours. Most of that down-time was due to network outages. However, this was a silly error which I should not have made. We'll find a work-around.
