Hi Brenda,

The iShare app only works if you jailbreak your iPhone, and get the iShare app 
from Cydia repository. It's not in the App Store.  And if you are running the 
latest version of iOS 6, I don't think there's a jailbreak solution.  

If you want to transfer files back to your computer I would buy PhoneView while 
it's on sale from the MacUpdate site.
