Okay, then, how about if we don't do an mp3 book, but text or something like
that? Should we just make one big text book and she could navigate that?
And, if I do it that way, then, what would be the best way to go about that?
I don't have a Mac Computer, but I do have a Windows XP system. Could I do
that somehow and make the cookbook all one file with its folders being
different chapters?

Thanks and take care,

Brenda

an iPod

Thge short answer is not the way you want.

You can take each part that is a folder and turn it into a long audio file.
Or you can re-tag each file for a recipe or whatever. Then you can put them
all in the same album and tag them as an audio book. Then your friend can
navigate through the book track by track.
