Hello! I think that one possibility you have is: Go to your link and hit Vo+u. You will here the Address spoken. Then, Copy the last to clipboard with Vo+Shift+F3. You can then go to your text document in Textedit and write something that represent that link. For example: Super marquet page. Highlight that text with Shift and arrows. Then hit CMD+k to insert a link. Paste the link from your clipboard and accept. Now, when you navigate your document, you will here the live link older the text you selected for it. Hope it helps!
