Carol - this isn't working just now. Firstly, if that is the only way, then it appears that only one line can be added at a time, instead of being able to select a line and move it down to wherever. Secondly, I have a spreadsheet where I have already inserted a line, and now when I try to do this in a different row, it keeps inserting the new blank line in the original place, and not where I want it. So, I've no spare or empty lines above the formula, that's why I need to know how to move it down or to insert more lines -
