Carol - Seems like you can make a short cut, so hope it works for you. 
Regarding the use of VO left arrow; if you are in the messages table, stop 
interacting, then with VO left arrow, if your set up is the same as mine, you 
should hear: vertical splitter, and left again to mail boxes table, then hit 
the first letter for your desired mail box, then all you have to do is a couple 
of quick VO and right arrow, past that vertical splitter, to your messages 
table. Just another way, it works for me -
