Brenda, The keystroke to turn on voiceover is command + f5. Same to turn it off, and same to turn it back on. To change the name of the personb, the speed and pitch is control option command plus left or right arrow or up or down arrow. The control and option keys are known as V O. V o command + the up or down and or right or left arrow keys.
