Hi Mark, The thing to understand is that, at least on iPhone and Mac, iCloud calendars are treated as a separate "account." You have an iCloud account and calendars within it. Any events added to those calendars will be synchronized. Someone else more familiar with the apps in general can give specific steps… I only use the basic functionality, mostly via Siri. I hope this helps clarify a little bit, but the whole process ought to be fairly automatic if you use the iCloud calendars. Best, Zack. Sent from my iPad
