I had run out, too, when I had videos on it. But you don't think we can 
restore from iCloud to the computer? Oh, boy! Not good either.

If you mean can you restore from iCloud to your new iTunes computer then I 
don't think you can. If you mean your phone I'm not sure as I don't have 
everything going up to iCloud as I ran out of space. lol!
