I've got two email accounts, one is outlook, and the other is Mac, access. I've set the rules to put each message with the same subject line into the one folder, but, this is not happening. I've gone into the rule, and set the account, to either, outlook, or Mac. Access. Where am I going wrong, messages are still going into the one folder.
