You can't as of yet.
I can't say anything more though being I'm on NDA. I can only tell you what
has been publicly announced. I can! without breaking NDA say this: it's
not yet available in the app store, but it will be once Mavericks comes out,
let's hope, according to what Apple said at the WWDC conference.

Subject: iBooks For OSX?
Hi,
Today I was searching the Apple store for the iBooks app, but didn't
find anything. The only thing I found, however, was iBooks Author.
How can I read ePub files on my Mac?
Thanks.
