hey listers,
i'm having an interesting problem and i'm wondering if anyone can help me out?
i have a folder full of mp3 files but i don't want to see the mp3 extension. i
went into finder prefs and disabled the show all extensions, still showing. i
then went into my folder of mp3 files selected them all and went into the file
inspector and ticked hide extensions and still no luck.
has anyone come across this problem? how did you get around it? i must say this
is quite perplexing.
any help would be fantastic

thanks

Michael
