Hi Parham, Yes, some models of the Mac Mini have been reported by many Users to have these problems when run without a monitor, AKA “headless.”
John Panarese, a member of this list, has a good article about this subject on his website. He gives some details of an inexpensive way to work around the problem if you do not want to keep a monitor attached to your Mini. The article can be found at this link: http://macfortheblind.com/?p=591 BTW, which Mini model are you running?
