Points taken, I'm going to have a look at the Printer Pro App after I've finished my breakfast, this App handles a wide variety of printing jobs so perhaps printing reminders is one? Either that or perhaps you can use the Notes App with Siri in much the same way as you're using the Reminders App.
Printing - if I possibly can - is the best method for me in noisy background environments where I can hardly hear what my sighted assistance is saying let alone what the iPhone is babbling about but certainly! if I could I'd be using your method of swiping through the list.
