Hi Eileen - Are you using the built in mic? It might be that you are too far from it. It's not mounted on the top of the screen, as on some laptops, but is on the left hand side, just below where the headphones plug in, so you might like to bend your head over that way <smile> the better way in my opinion, is use a pair of compatible headphones that have a built in mic, the mic will be closer to your mouth, and you can sit upright <smile> -
