My Fusion on the Mac is not working for reasons not relevant here. I am therefore trying to Print out a book submission using native mac applications and so far failing miserably.
Nisus Writer Pro for example is completely unable to detect or print out the automatic table of contents page generated by Microsoft Word 2010 , and is just leaving it out of the print. TextEdit is similarly unable to cope. Pages is not seeing the table of contents either but I have not tried a print yet to see it actually comes out. Does anybody know of an accessible Mac application that can print Microsoft Office Document correctly with all features rather than stripping out the advance features?. I am using Mountain Lion.
