No such animal exists. Because virtual machines run entirely under
software it all depends on how fast your ram and processor is to
determine how fast a virtual machine can run. You are better off looking
into Bootcamp. Then that way you can run the other operating system
natively without waiting for any kind of virtual machine to boot up.
